Trade Show Display Companies

From booth design and construction to vinyl posters and lighting trade show display companies know their business and can help you with professional and durable trade show exhibits and trade show display cases.

Over 110 million people attend tradeshows in North America every year. That number is increasing every year. Can you afford to be missing out on that kind of traffic? Buyers have rated tradeshows higher than any other medium (including magazine articles and ads and traditional sales contacts) when making a purchasing decision. This makes the use of trade show booths and exhibits extremely important.

If you are trying to cut corners this isn't probably the best place to do so. A cheap tradeshow set up can reflect badly on your product, service, and company. You can save some money on trade show display rental pieces but if you will be doing many tradeshows you might want to invest in a custom made trade show display that fits your company's needs.

Trade show displays should be visually pleasing, easy to set up and dismantle, and easy to navigate. Simple is better and doesn't detract from your services and products. Besides the use of a trade show exhibit you will want to consider the extras such as trade show bags, giveaways, and literature.

Make sure your trade show display comes with the appropriate gear such as backdrops, tablecloths, stands, promotional posters or boards, etc. Bring your own basic gear just in case your shipment is lost or misplaced. Make your trade show exhibits visually pleasing. Stagger the height of displays with larger items to the back and shorter, smaller items to the front. Consider the following tips for the most effective trade show:

  • Organize your trade show booth with trade show traffic in mind. It should be inviting and easily accessible.
  • Get set up early so you can work out any kinks and be ready when traffic begins.
  • Man your trade show booth with at least two people that way your booth is never left unattended. Don't crowd the booth with more than is needed.
  • Send some of your best salespeople. They shouldn't be sitting and should be genuine, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. They should be dressed professionally.
  • Pack enough supplies such as pens, business cards, catalogs, brochures, sales order forms, and any giveaways.
  • Participate in the trade show drawings and giveaways.
  • Bring your computer and a cell phone. Be ready to answer detailed questions or take an order right there.
  • Promote your presence at the trade show well in advance. Alert your current customers and send out invitations to your prospective customers or target market.
  • Consider a PowerPoint presentation that can run in the background and be referred to occasionally.
